A brief, honest overview of what we collect and who processes it. Our full privacy policy is being prepared with a UK solicitor and will replace this page once ready.

Cookies we use

Login session (essential): Set by Supabase when you sign in, used to keep you signed in between visits. Required for the product to work; not gated by consent.
lc_consent (essential): Records whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies. Stored for 365 days. You can change your mind from the footer of any signed-in page.
Analytics cookies (optional, off by default): Set by PostHog only if you accept. They tell us which features people use so we can improve the product. We do not sell or share this data.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of established providers to run the service. Each is bound by a Data Processing Agreement.

Supabase — account data, database, document storage. London region.
Vercel — application hosting and request logs. UK/EU edge.
Cloudflare R2 — encrypted document storage for newer uploads. EU jurisdiction.
Stripe — payment processing. We never see your card details.
Resend — transactional email (reminders, digests, receipts).
PostHog — product analytics. EU-hosted. Off unless you accept.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email us and we’ll respond within one calendar month.

Reopen the consent banner to change your preference. Your current choice is stored in the lc_consent cookie.
